At Oily Rag Apparel, every product is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or accidental purchases.

Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders enter production quickly, cancellations or changes may only be possible if requested shortly after purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
